Hi there! I’m Srishti Ghosh, a Princetonian in the Class of 2023 with an undying desire to bake all the time! For me, baking is my conduit to creativity, less stress, new friends and a deliriously happy sweet tooth. So, why would I ever stop?
That’s the question I asked myself as a very stressed freshman in my first semester on campus. I picked my poison a long time ago and now, on the threshold of a new chapter in my life, was not the time to abandon it. So came the Princeton Baking Company!
